As an online sneaker resale store, we source inventory from trusted collectors, partners, and verified secondary-market channels. Each pair undergoes a careful inspection process prior to shipment to ensure it meets our standards for authenticity and stated condition.

We do not sell replicas, counterfeit products, factory seconds, or altered items. Any product that does not meet our authenticity requirements is rejected and never listed for sale.

Verification Process

Before shipment, each pair is reviewed for key authenticity indicators, including but not limited to:

  • Materials and overall craftsmanship

  • Labeling, tags, and serial details

  • Packaging consistency

Our goal is to provide customers with confidence and transparency when purchasing in the secondary sneaker market.

Authenticity Claims

Because all items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, authenticity concerns are rare. However, if you believe an item purchased directly from HipSneaks is not authentic, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for review:

  • The item must remain unworn and in the same condition received

  • Clear supporting documentation or evidence may be required

  • Claims must follow our review process

Approved cases will be handled at our reasonable discretion.

Final Sale Notice

Due to the nature of the sneaker resale industry, all sales are final in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Authenticity claims are reviewed only in cases of credible and verifiable inauthenticity.
