Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales made through HipSneaks are final.

Due to the nature of the sneaker resale market, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, partial refunds, store credit, or price adjustments once an order has been placed.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Fit or comfort concerns

  • Change of mind or buyer preference

  • Box condition

  • Shipping cost

  • Delivery time

  • Minor cosmetic or manufacturer imperfections

The only exception is if you receive an item that is materially incorrect from what was ordered.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, images, and descriptions carefully before completing a purchase.


Customer Responsibility Before Purchase

Before placing an order, customers are expected to:

  • Review the product name, size, and condition

  • Carefully review all product photos

  • Read all product descriptions, notes, and disclosures

  • Confirm pricing, shipping method, shipping address, and contact information

  • Understand that all sales are final

By completing a purchase on HipSneaks, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted all product details, images, shipping terms, and store policies prior to payment.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that an order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Photos are required for all claims. Clear photos must include:

  • The item received

  • The shipping box

  • The original packaging

Claims submitted without photos or after 48 hours of delivery will not be reviewed.

If a claim is approved, HipSneaks will determine the appropriate resolution at our reasonable discretion.


Condition of Products

All sneakers sold by HipSneaks are inspected prior to shipment and verified to meet our authenticity and condition standards.

Minor manufacturer imperfections, natural aging, glue marks, factory flaws, or box condition variations (including dents, creases, label wear, or replacement boxes) may occur and are not considered damage.

Box condition is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the product listing.


Used, Worn, or Altered Items

Any item that shows signs of wear, use, alteration, tampering, or replacement after delivery is not eligible for review, refund, or replacement under any circumstances.


Shipping Delays and Free Shipping

Free standard shipping may be offered on eligible orders in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or high-volume periods are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds, chargebacks, or replacements.


Return to Sender

Orders returned to us due to refused delivery, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect or incomplete address information may be subject to additional shipping fees before reshipment.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Chargebacks and Disputes

By placing an order with HipSneaks, you agree to this Returns & Refunds Policy.

Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in order restrictions, account limitations, or refusal of future service.
