HipSneaks is an online sneaker resale store founded in 2026, specializing in 100% authentic sneakers. We curate sought-after footwear sourced from trusted collectors, partners, and verified secondary-market channels.
Are you an official retailer or brand partner?
No. HipSneaks is an independent resale platform and is not an authorized retailer or official partner of any brand.
Where do your sneakers come from?
Our inventory is sourced from trusted collectors and verified channels, including sneakers originally purchased through official retail release platforms such as SNKRS, Confirmed, and similar systems. All items are sold through the secondary market.
Authenticity
Are all sneakers authentic?
Yes. Every sneaker sold by HipSneaks is guaranteed to be 100% authentic.
Do you sell replicas or altered products?
No. We do not sell replicas, counterfeit items, factory seconds, or altered products.
How do you verify authenticity?
Each pair is inspected prior to shipment and reviewed for key authenticity indicators, including materials, construction, labeling, serial details, and packaging consistency.
Orders and Payments
Is everything final sale?
Yes. Due to the nature of the sneaker resale market, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except in the rare case that the wrong item was shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include major credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options supported by Shopify.
When is my card charged?
Payment is processed immediately at checkout once your order is submitted.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
HipSneaks currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Who pays for shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and paid by the buyer unless a free shipping promotion is active and clearly shown at checkout.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship using trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier selection is based on order value, package size, destination, and delivery reliability.
How long does shipping take?
Processing time: 1–3 business days (inspection and packing)
Economy shipping: 5–8 business days after processing
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
Express shipping: 1–3 business days after processing
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Processing time and transit time are separate. Express shipping reduces transit time only and does not shorten processing time.
Do you require a signature on delivery?
Yes. Signature confirmation is required for orders totaling $1,000 or more and may be required on lower-value orders at our discretion for security purposes.
Taxes
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Yes. Sales tax is automatically calculated and collected at checkout where required by applicable U.S. state and local tax laws.
Why am I being charged sales tax?
Certain states require online sellers to collect sales tax. If applicable, the tax will be added automatically at checkout.
Why wasn’t I charged tax at checkout?
If tax is not charged, it may be due to state tax rules or thresholds. This does not necessarily mean the purchase is tax-free.
What is use tax?
Use tax may apply in some states when sales tax is not collected at checkout. Customers are responsible for reporting and paying any required use tax directly to their state tax authority. HipSneaks does not provide tax advice.
Are shipping fees taxable?
In some states, shipping fees may be subject to sales tax. This is calculated automatically at checkout.
Can taxes be refunded or adjusted after checkout?
No. Taxes are calculated automatically at checkout and cannot be adjusted after an order is placed, except where required by law.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and original packaging. Photo evidence is required for review.
What if my package shows delivered but I did not receive it?
Please check around your delivery location, confirm your shipping address, and contact the carrier directly. You may also email info@hipsneaks.com with your order number for assistance.
What if I received the wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details so we can review the issue.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate U.S. shipping address at checkout. Orders cannot be modified or rerouted once shipped. HipSneaks is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Product Condition
Will the sneaker box be perfect?
Box condition may vary due to storage, age, or shipping. Minor box wear, dents, or manufacturer imperfections are common in resale products and are not considered defects. Box condition is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the listing.
Returns and Refunds
Do you accept returns, refunds, or exchanges?
No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for sizing, fit, box condition, delivery time, shipping cost, or change of mind.
Marketplace Option
Can I purchase through eBay instead?
Yes. For customers who prefer an additional layer of buyer protection, select inventory may also be available through our verified eBay store.
