About HipSneaks
HipSneaks is an independent online sneaker resale store and is not an authorized retailer of any brand. We source sneakers from trusted collectors, partners, and verified secondary-market channels, including limited releases acquired through platforms such as SNKRS, Confirmed, and similar retail release systems.

By using our Services, you confirm that:

🔒 Final Sale Policy
All products sold by HipSneaks are final sale unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Due to the nature of the sneaker resale market:

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed
Exception — Wrong Item Only
HipSneaks will review claims only if the customer receives the wrong item shipped by us.
To qualify:

You must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery

Clear photos of the item and original packaging are required

The item must be unworn and in the same condition received
If approved, HipSneaks will provide instructions to resolve the issue at our reasonable discretion.
Non-Returnable Situations
The following do not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges:

Buyer’s remorse

Minor manufacturer imperfections

Box wear, dents, or cosmetic damage

Condition consistent with listing (including VNDS or pre-owned wear)

Product Listings & Condition
All sneakers are sold as described at the time of listing.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing:

Pricing and shipping details
Minor manufacturer imperfections, natural aging, cosmetic variations, or box condition issues (including dents, creases, label wear, or replacement boxes) are common in resale products and do not constitute defects.
Authenticity Guarantee
HipSneaks guarantees that all sneakers sold are 100% authentic.
Each pair is inspected prior to shipment to verify authenticity and condition. We do not sell replicas, counterfeit items, factory seconds, or altered products.
Authentication reflects the condition of the item at the time of inspection and shipment.
Pricing & Availability
Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
In the event of a pricing error, typographical mistake, or system malfunction, HipSneaks reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price, even after payment authorization.
Payment Authorization
By placing an order, you authorize HipSneaks to charge your selected payment method for:

Orders are not processed until payment is successfully completed.
Shipping & Risk of Loss
HipSneaks ships within the United States only.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier. HipSneaks is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or stolen after delivery is confirmed.
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate U.S. shipping address at checkout. Orders cannot be modified or rerouted once shipped.
HipSneaks is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Marketplace Purchases (eBay)
Orders placed through third-party marketplaces (including our verified eBay store) are subject to the policies, protections, and dispute procedures of that marketplace in addition to these Terms, where applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
