Order Processing

HipSneaks is an online sneaker resale store operating exclusively within the United States. All orders are processed only after final inspection and verification to ensure authenticity and condition standards are met.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, limited releases, or promotional events.

Domestic Shipping Only

HipSneaks currently ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders placed with international shipping addresses will be canceled.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value, shipping method, and destination.

Free Standard Shipping is offered on orders totaling $200 or more before tax, unless otherwise stated.

Orders under $200 will incur shipping charges displayed at checkout.

Free shipping applies to Standard Shipping only and does not include Economy or Express shipping unless explicitly stated during a promotion.

Shipping Carriers

HipSneaks ships orders using trusted carriers within the sneaker industry, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier selection is determined by HipSneaks based on order value, package size, destination, and security considerations.

  • UPS
    Commonly used for standard and high-value sneaker orders due to reliable tracking, handling, and signature confirmation options.

  • FedEx
    Used for secure or time-sensitive deliveries, particularly for premium or limited-release sneakers.

  • USPS
    May be used for standard domestic shipments, smaller packages, or PO Box addresses. Delivery times may vary during peak periods.

Carrier selection cannot be changed once an order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

Available shipping options and pricing are displayed at checkout.

  • Economy Shipping
    Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after processing

  • Standard Shipping
    Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing
    Free on eligible orders of $200 or more

  • Express Shipping
    Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after processing
    Express shipping reduces transit time only and does not shorten processing time

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Signature Confirmation

Signature confirmation is required for all orders totaling $1000 or more, regardless of shipping method. Signature confirmation may also be required at our discretion for security purposes.

Maximum Shipping Time & Carrier Delays

While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery windows, total delivery time may take up to 10 business days after shipment due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or peak shipping periods.

HipSneaks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has shipped.

  • Delivery estimates are not guarantees

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays

  • Processing time and transit time are separate

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate U.S. shipping address at checkout. Orders cannot be modified, redirected, or rerouted once shipped.

HipSneaks is not responsible for delivery delays, loss, or failed delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully delivered.

If an order arrives damaged during shipping, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos required, including:

  • The item received

  • The shipping box

  • The original packaging

We will assist with a carrier claim when applicable.

Final Sale & Shipping Acknowledgment

By placing an order with HipSneaks, you acknowledge that:

  • All sales are final

  • Free shipping applies only when explicitly stated

  • Shipping costs may apply based on order value and shipping method

  • Processing times and delivery estimates have been reviewed and accepted

  • Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders
